Perhaps while you are at work; or maybe if you are compelled to be away from them due to necessities; or unforeseen reasons or events. If so, then The SUCCESS ADULT DAY HEALTHCARE CENTER is your immediate solution. The SUCCESS ADULT DAY HEALTHCARE CENTER is an adult/senior daycare which provides a staff of caring and certified caregivers for adults ranging from ages 22 years and up. Our curriculum attends: socialization; exercise; memory care; health monitoring; nutrition; and hygiene; just to name a few. Also, be assured that we have on-site licensed health care personnel providing individualized care plans; counseling; medication management; therapeutic activities; and so much more. Your loved one will be made to feel at home and productive in a caring, peaceful and professional environment. Transportation is also available, if needed. This is an all-in-one adult daycare facility. Alongside private pay, we also accept Medicaid and VA Benefits.
Our hours of operation are: M-F from 8 AM to 5PM.

Beyond providing social opportunities, Success ADHC can serve as a safe and familiar place for your loved one to receive health services. Success can also give you and others who care for your loved one a much needed break, possibly enabling you to care for your loved one at home for longer. Success ADHC program focuses on health and social services. The health services include a varied and specialized exercise program, health monitoring overseen by our registered nurse, and individualized care plans which help all of our participants as well as their caregivers monitor the various aspects of their health and wellbeing.

Success Adult Day Healthcare Center is there when you need us. Success Adult Day Center provides a warm and welcoming community for our seniors. We are open weekdays Monday - Friday., 8am to 5pm. We love our customers, so feel free to visit us during normal business hours.
